Types of Massages Available 

Swedish
Swedish massage is the basis for many other massages.  It uses broad, relaxing strokes to relieve tension, stimulate circulation, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

Deep Tissue
Using deeper pressure than Swedish, this targets specific muscle groups to break up adhesions (knots), relieve tension, decrease muscle spasms, and increase range of motion.  Occasionally, a heating pad is used to relax tight muscles before deep work.

Pre-Natal
This gentle massage helps alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, or tired feet.  Please discuss any complications when you make your appointment.

1 1/2 Hour Massage/Foot Reflexology Combination
Combine an hour Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage with a soothing ½ hour foot reflexology treatment.  A real treat for the feet, body and soul!

Medical
Specific muscles, tendons, and ligaments are targeted to relieve discomfort from conditions such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, surgery, tendonitis, muscle spasms, and other soft tissue injuries.

Hot Stone Massage:  Add an Additional $20 to Your Massage
The penetrating warmth of smooth hot stones are incorporated into your massage to soothe and ease your tight muscles and melt away tension. 

30 minute Speed Facial and 30 Minute Back Massage:  $85
When you can't decide, or time is an issue, get the best of both!

Facials

Basic Facial:  $85
It may be called basic, yet the experience is anything but!  Your skin is cleansed and analyzed.  A custom treatment is then designed to address your specific skin type and concerns, such as dehydration, rosacea, acne, or sensitive skin.  Depending on your needs, your facial may include a light exfoliation, steam and extractions, masks, and a soothing face, neck, and shoulder massage. 

Collagen Facial:  $100 
Collagen is a natural cell binding protein that is the main structural component of our skin.  As we age, we begin to lose collagen.  This facial uses a 100% pure collagen peptide mask to help revitalize skin, improve radiance, and promote healthy skin moisture.  

Back “Facial:”  $85
This is a “Basic Facial” for one of our hardest to reach areas.  It’s especially helpful with warm weather fashions.

AHA or BHA Facial:  $100
This exfoliates more deeply than a Basic Facial by using either a lactic acid (AHA) to help lighten, brighten, and reduce the appearance of fine lines, or a salicylic acid (BHA) to help un-clog pores and soften skin.  Not recommended for sensitive skin.

30 Minute Speed Facial:  $55
Perfect if you don't have time for all the benefits of a full facial, but still want to give your skin a quick refresher.  

30 Minute Lighten & Brighten: $70
A lactic acid application followed by a Vitamin C mask helps exfoliate, hydrate, and brighten dull, tired skin.

Basic or Back Facial and ½ Hour Back Massage:  $130
Who says you can’t both look and feel good?

Body Treatments and Additional Indulgences

Sea Salt Body Polish:  $50
By helping smooth away roughness, this polish helps hydrating treatments soak deeper into your skin for added softness.  Relax while you are gently exfoliated with fine grain sea salts, rinsed with soothing warm water, then hydrated and moisturized.  

Mineral Mud Body Mask:  $85
This mask helps clean and tighten pores, while nourishing your skin without drying it.  You body is coated with a rich mineral mud, then nestled in warmth to enhance relaxation and product penetration.  After the mask is removed, your skin is gently hydrated and moisturized, leaving you clean, refreshed, and glowing.

Sea Salt and Mineral Mud Body Mask Combination:  $110

Just the Back Sea Salt Polish and Mud Mask Combination:  $60 

Home Care
Products are available to help you enhance the appearance of your skin between appointments.

Specialty Combinations

Body treatments, massages and facials can be combined in a variety of ways, with services layered within services. If you don’t see a combination you want, just ask!  Some ideas include: 

Basic or Back Facial & ½ Hour Back Massage:  $130

Basic or Back Facial & 1 Hour Massage:  $150

30 Minute Speed Facial & Massage:  Add $50 to the cost of the Massage

Collagen or Omega Mask:  $20 with any massage. 

Sea Salt and Mineral Mud Body Mask Combination:  $110

Just the Back Sea Salt Polish and Mud Mask Combination:  $60

30 Minute Speed Facial and 30 Minute Back Massage:  $85

Cancellations

You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled service.  After that time, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Services are by appointment only.  My office at Yoga Haven in Tuckahoe is minutes away from Bronxville, Eastchester, Scarsdale, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, and Yonkers, and steps away from the Tuckahoe train station.  To schedule your massage or facial, call:

Payment is by cash or check.  Credit cards are not accepted.

 

Bring a friend...another massage therapist may be available if you and a friend wish to come at the same time.  Please call a week in advance, as scheduling may take a day or two.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for either a specific service or dollar amount.  They are fully transferable to another person, service or product.  You can arrange to pick them up, or I can mail them directly to you or your special someone.
