Types of Massages Available 

Swedish
Swedish massage is the basis for many other massages.  It uses broad, relaxing strokes to relieve tension, stimulate circulation, and promote an overall sense of well-being.

Deep Tissue
Using deeper pressure than Swedish, this targets specific muscle groups to break up adhesions (knots), relieve tension, decrease muscle spasms, and increase range of motion.  Occasionally, a heating pad is used to relax tight muscles before deep work.

Pre-Natal
This gentle massage helps alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, or tired feet.  Please discuss any complications when you make your appointment.

1 1/2 Hour Massage/Foot Reflexology Combination
Combine an hour Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage with a soothing ½ hour foot reflexology treatment.  A real treat for the feet, body and soul!

Medical
Specific muscles, tendons, and ligaments are targeted to relieve discomfort from conditions such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, surgery, tendonitis, muscle spasms, and other soft tissue injuries.

30 minute Speed Facial and 30 Minute Back Massage:  $90

Facials

Basic Facial:  $90
It may be called basic, yet the experience is anything but!  Your skin is cleansed and analyzed.  A custom treatment is then designed to address your specific skin type and concerns, such as dehydration, rosacea, acne, or sensitive skin.  Depending on your needs, your facial may include a light exfoliation, steam and extractions, masks, and a soothing face, neck, and shoulder massage. 

Collagen Facial:  $90
Collagen is a natural cell binding protein that is the main structural component of our skin.  As we age, we begin to lose collagen.  This facial uses a 100% pure collagen peptide mask to help revitalize skin, improve radiance, and promote healthy skin moisture.  

Back “Facial:”  $90
This is a “Basic Facial” for one of our hardest to reach areas.  It’s especially helpful with warm weather fashions.

30 Minute Speed Facial:  $55
Perfect if you don't have time for all the benefits of a full facial, but still want to give your skin a quick refresher.  

Basic or Back Facial and ½ Hour Back Massage:  $130

Massages and facials can be combined in a variety of ways, with services layered within services. If you don’t see a combination you want, just ask!  Some ideas include:

Guided Meditation Workshops

Do you want to reduce stress, increase awareness, and build a stronger connection between yourself and our world?  If you get restless with traditional chanting ad breathing meditations, this class may be for you!  It combines active exercises, guided meditations, class participation, discussion, and examples to explore and enhance the mind-body connection.

Cancellations

You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled service.  After that time, you may be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

Bring a friend...another massage therapist may be available if you and a friend wish to come at the same time.  Please call a week in advance, as scheduling may take a day or two.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for either a specific service or dollar amount.  They are fully transferable to another person, service or product.  You can arrange to pick them up, or I can mail them directly to you or your special someone.
